Melissa Edwards
Melissa, with her expertise in Business Management, Customer Service, and Accounting, joined Pools & More in 2019. Since then, she has been dedicated to expanding her knowledge across all aspects of the business to continually improve customer service.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her spouse, three children, and five dogs.
By combining her strong background in business operations with a passion for customer satisfaction, Melissa plays a key role in ensuring Pools & More delivers exceptional service to every client.
Business Development Manager
Neal Holt
Neal is a former pool service business owner and pool builder with over 20 years of experience and holds a RAIL License (#226276). He brings his extensive expertise to Pools & More, where he plays a key role in sales, along with designing new pools and pool remodels. With his in-depth knowledge of pool construction and design, Neal helps ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Construction Manager
Matthew Keck
Matthew is a seasoned pool builder with over 15 years of industry experience and more than a decade of hands-on expertise in pool construction. In 2025, he joined Pools and More, bringing his dedication to quality craftsmanship and innovation. As a Certified Builder Professional (CBP), Matthew upholds the highest standards in pool design and construction, ensuring every project is both stunning and built to last. When he's not creating exceptional pools, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his dog.

Tony Valenzuela
Tony has been a dedicated member of the Pools & More team since 2002 and is a recognized expert in pool construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, and solving a wide range of pool-related challenges. He continues to focus on expanding his knowledge in pool building to stay at the forefront of the industry.
Happily married and a proud father of four sons, Tony is committed to delivering top-quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining the same level of focus and dedication as our founder, Mr. Fasken.

Brittaney Fox
Brittaney joined the Pools & More team in 2020 as our Customer Service Specialist. With years of customer service experience gained in California, she is now a key member of our team. Accounting and HR
Sheridie Dyess
With over 25 years of experience in HR, accounts payable, and payroll management, Sheridie worked in her family’s business until her parents retired and closed the company in 2022. She joined Pools and More in November 2022, bringing her expertise and dedication to the team.
Sheridie is married to her husband, Jason Dyess, and together they have two sons: Gibson, a college student, and Brody, who is in high school. She enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her sons' lives as they participate in football, basketball, band, and choir. Sheridie and Jason also share a love for live music and exploring new restaurants.
FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Cameron Johnson
Cameron joined Pools & More in 2017 as a part-time pool cleaner and has since earned several certifications, including Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO), Certified Sundance Spa Repair Technician, and a RAIL License (#495499). With expertise ranging from perfecting pool chemistry to pump replacements, Cameron's dedication to ongoing education and professional development makes him a valuable member of our team. His skills and commitment to excellence ensure that our clients' pools are always in great hands.
Outside of work, Cameron enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, as well as hunting and fishing with his family and friends. His passion for pool care and attention to detail has earned him the trust of our customers, making him an essential part of the Pools & More team.
POOL MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST
David Garmon
David, our Senior Pool Maintenance Specialist, is a dedicated professional with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to excellence. With training from BioGuard’s Chemical College and ongoing education in the pool industry, David is always refining his skills to provide the best service possible.
Outside of work, he channels his passion for cars into hobbies like car restoration and attending car shows, along with drag racing. He also enjoys spending time with his family and fishing. David's expertise, combined with his enthusiasm for both pool care and his personal interests, makes him a key member of the Pools & More team.
Construction Lead
Jose Fernando Picon
Jose has been an essential part of the Pools and More team since 2016, currently serving as a construction lead. Known for his quiet demeanor, Jose brings a steady and dependable presence to every project. However, those who know him well will tell you about his fun sense of humor that shines through once you get to know him.
Outside of work, Jose treasures time with his wife and their four children. But nothing brings him greater joy than his granddaughter, who lights up his world. With years of dedication to Pools and More, Jose’s commitment and character are key to our team's success.

Malaki "Ki" Tillery
Malaki "Ki" Tillery joined the Pools and More team in 2024 as a recent high school graduate, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong work ethic. After gaining experience during a previous summer with us, Ki officially came on board full-time and has already made impressive strides in his first six months, including earning his RAIL License (#706428).
Ki is known for his intelligence, eagerness to learn, and dedication to growth. When he's not working or taking college courses, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and girlfriend. We're excited to see Ki continue to thrive as part of the Pools and More family!

Our President, Murray, and our Construction Manager, Matthew, are both Certified Building Professionals® (CBP), having successfully completed the rigorous requirements of the PHTA’s Certified Building Professional® training program. Graduates of this program gain the skills and knowledge needed to uphold high ethical standards, deliver exceptional workmanship, maintain business stability, and foster superior customer relations. LICENSED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATION
In Texas, anyone performing electrical work on swimming pools or spas must hold a Residential Appliance Installer's License (RAIL). This license is required for installing, servicing, or replacing electrical components, including pumps, underwater lights, motors, and heaters, to ensure compliance with state regulations and safety standards.
However, not all pool installers are licensed to perform electrical work. It’s important to verify that your pool contractor holds the proper credentials to handle electrical installations safely and legally. Choosing a licensed professional protects you from potential safety hazards and ensures the job is done right the first time.
